Though MoFo ended up being way busier than I had planned with my surprise Dubai trip, I managed to find some time to browse through some fellow MoFoers posts and put a few recipes aside for later which I will share with you all below. Here’s what caught my eye, what were your best MoFo finds? Anyone discover a totally new food?!

How freaking good does that look? I don’t care if it’s getting cold, I will drink this Toasted Coconut Mocha Frappuccino from the Minamalist Baker even if I’m sitting in the middle of an igloo!

veganelvisbars 9903 No Bake Elvis Bars

As always, Oh She Glows nailed it again with these No Bake Elvis Bars!

20130921-110104.jpgVegan Marshmallow Vodka from Vegtastic! Seriously, nothing more need be said. This is happening very soon with some of my vodka and some of my Dandies.

İmam Bayıldı – Turkish Stuffed Aubergines (Eggplants) with Onions and Tomatoes from VegFusion because I am currently obsessed with eggplant and this looked to DIE for.

imageClassy Vegan made perfect Vegan Fried Eggs and I am waiting on baited breath for the recipe.

Photo2715_001This Almond and Cherry Custard Pie from dropscone caught my eye at the beginning of MoFo and it looks EPIC! I will make this. Soon.

oat22You can’t put peanut butter and cookie dough in the same sentence without me falling in love, so this Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Overnight Oats recipe from the apt named Oatmeal with a Fork blog had me at the start. Perfect timing as I am seriously deep in an oatmeal love affair.

I really like the idea of hazelnuts in soup and this old new world theme over at the madeleine.teacup blog, so this Northeastern hazelnut soup and missiiagan-pakwejigan looks great.

Of course, Mihl owned it again over at seitan is my motor with her Mandelhörnchen (Marzipan Almond Crescents). Anything with marzipan in it and I’m in. Marizpan and chocolate? Even better.  Greetz to a fellow blogger in Germany!

edamame gyoza

These Edamame Gyoza from Interprétations Culinaires also looked pretty rad and also simple with the hand of some nifty gyoza wrappers! Yum!

Besides the recipes, I REALLY liked the idea of having a foodie pen-pal as described over at the Give A Chuck blog. I think I will have to sign up very soon and give it a whirl!

There you have it, I can’t believe MoFo is over! I also can’t believe I managed to write as many posts as I did without having a kitchen for almost the entire month of September! I declare it catch up on MoFo reading October now, let me just go bury myself in my blog feed. 🙂
